RN Recovery Unit Leader

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a RN Recovery Unit Leader. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading our nursing team to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Effectively utilize the Nursing Process to deliver patient care and make informed decisions.
- Assess learning needs and implement teaching strategies to promote patient education and empowerment.
- Communicate and delegate tasks to nursing team members, ensuring seamless care coordination and efficient resource management.
- Utilize data and knowledge to evaluate and improve patient outcomes, driving quality improvement initiatives and best practices.
- Embody a customer-centric approach, fostering a positive and supportive work environment that promotes employee morale and satisfaction.
- Current RN License in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Prior experience as a RN on a nursing unit (preferred).
