  • Answers phone calls and responds to menu and restaurant inquiries.

Requirements
  • Experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant is preferred but not required.
  • Previous customer service experience is strongly preferred.
  • Possesses a drive to provide exceptional service.
  • Full-time flexible hours are required, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours, bend, push, pull, and lift 30 lbs.
  • Proficient or able to learn computer skills, including POS systems, OpenTable, Word, and Excel.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
