We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Center Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service and operations, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Manage all aspects of center operation to the highest standards of quality and profitability, including customer interactions, service, and satisfaction, hiring and employee management, service bay management, inventory management, daily accounting, and POS system maintenance.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a team of service-oriented technicians, hire the right people, build skills, motivate and energize, train continually, foster a strong service mentality and team environment.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver an exceptional customer experience, engage and please customers, build relationships, and create loyalty.
  • Business Development: Participate in the effort to build strong center awareness and community connections, develop business opportunities within the local market.
Working Conditions

The Center Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to outside weather elements, noise, and vehicle exhaust fumes. The position requires good corrected vision, hearing, frequent standing, walking, climbing, stooping, crouching, handling, reaching, and lifting.
