Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Waterpark Barback to join our team at Kalahari Resorts Conventions. As a Waterpark Barback, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a beyond-expectations food and beverage experience. Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly, responsive, and consistent service to create a positive experience for all guests.
  • Participate as a team member to actively contribute to the success of our resort.
  • Use core values and service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily.
  • Assist with food and beverage operations, including serving guests, taking orders, and handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
