POSITION SUMMARY

Our team is dedicated to creating an exceptional experience for our guests. As a Guest Service Support Expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services.

Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
* Assist with food and beverage preparation, including setting tables and replenishing supplies
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Previous experience in a food and beverage environment preferred
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
