What We're Looking For

  • Expert proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
  • Proven experience in phlebotomy; IV experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions with patients and colleagues.
  • A background in aesthetics or dermatology is highly desirable.
  • The ability to multitask effectively and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • An enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic demeanor that contributes to a positive patient experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Assist physicians and nurse practitioners with various clinical procedures.
  • Manage patient scheduling and phone calls efficiently.
  • Prepare patients for examinations and aesthetic treatments, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming experience.
  • Utilize EMR systems to accurately input medical histories, prescriptions, and other relevant patient information.
  • Perform patient treatments within the scope of pediatric care and wellness spa services.
  • Collect lab specimens and communicate results to patients in a clear and timely manner.
  • Assist with new patient scheduling and follow-up appointments, ensuring smooth patient flow.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and treatment areas, adhering to strict sanitation protocols.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
