  • Oversee the distribution of computing resources for project launches and enhance resource efficiency.
  • Provide tailored assistance to teams regarding their machine resource needs.
  • Monitor and report on resource utilization and progress towards critical performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Technical Program Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring a smooth handover of responsibilities to the designated research team.
  • Delivering daily provisioning support for research initiatives.
  • Evaluating requests and collaborating with relevant stakeholders on provisioning strategies.
  • Tracking resource utilization and managing automation processes.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven skills in program coordination to effectively prioritize resource requests.
  • Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Commitment to user satisfaction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Familiarity with basic command-line tools and Client Suite.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in capacity planning.
  • Understanding of cloud computing technologies.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and dashboard development.
  • Financial analysis skills for budget oversight.

Education: A Bachelor's Degree accompanied by 3-5 years of pertinent work experience.
