The US base salary range for this full-time position is $189,000-$284,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

Within this range, individual compensation is influenced by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and communicate team priorities that align with the broader organizational objectives.
  • Ensure alignment of strategy, processes, and decision-making across teams.
  • Set clear expectations with team members based on their roles and levels, aligned with the organization's goals.
  • Conduct regular meetings with individuals to discuss performance, development, and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Develop a mid-term technical vision and roadmap for your team(s), adapting it to meet future requirements and infrastructure needs.
  • Design, guide, and evaluate system designs within the broader area, and write product or system development code to address complex challenges.
  • Review code produced by other engineers and provide feedback to uphold best practices (e.g., style guidelines, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
