Job Overview:


Complete Staffing is seeking dedicated professionals to join our recovery center as Addictions Counselors and Case Managers. In this role, you will play a vital part in a collaborative team of healthcare providers, offering essential support, guidance, and counseling to individuals facing substance use and co-occurring disorders.

Your responsibilities will include facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, as well as providing comprehensive aftercare planning to ensure clients receive the ongoing support they need.


Available Shifts:
Sun-Mon 7am-3pm
Fri-Sat 7am-3pm
Sun-Thu 7am-3pm
Sun-Mon 11am-7pm

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver therapeutic services that foster a stable psychological and clinical environment for clients.

• Conduct thorough bio-psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' social, psychological, and motivational needs, developing tailored treatment and discharge plans.

• Encourage client involvement in treatment planning and goal-setting processes.

• Collaborate closely with clients, their support systems, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure regular reviews and updates of treatment plans.

• Facilitate clinical therapy through individual, group, and family sessions as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely counseling progress notes.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and client care meetings.
• Lead various psycho-educational and recovery-oriented groups, ensuring all documentation is completed.
• Adhere to federal and state regulations, ensuring appropriate releases are obtained for client information exchange.
• Engage in staff meetings and attend relevant professional development sessions.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in Behavioral Health or Human Services.
• At least six months of experience in counseling related to substance abuse and addiction issues.
• Knowledge of healthcare, detoxification processes, addiction, co-occurring disorders, and DSM criteria is preferred.
• Strong understanding of federal regulations regarding confidentiality in substance abuse treatment.
• Basic computer skills are essential.
