About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Awake Overnight Counselor to join our team at Vinfen. As a key member of our residential support team, you will provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a small group residential setting or an individual living arrangement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP)
  • Implement treatment plans to promote independence and quality of life
  • Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including personal care and hygiene
  • Perform nightly cleaning and filing duties

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field preferred
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or acquired brain injury strongly preferred
  • Strong time management and writing skills
  • Ability to become CPR, First Aid certified within 2 weeks of employment and MAP certified within 90 days of employment
