The RoleWe are seeking a motivated Senior Business Analyst III to support business analysis for our federal client. As a key member of our team, you will work with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and document business and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive functional and workflow specifications aligned to project goals
- Analyze current processes and systems to identify areas for optimization and efficiency
- Prepare reports, briefings, and recommendations for improvements based on quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Develop mockups, wireframes, process maps, and other artifacts to support analysis activities
- Assess potential risks and benefits associated with proposed solutions and processes
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines
- 7+ years of business analysis experience, with significant experience in government or regulatory environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with business analysis tools and software like Visio, SQL, Excel
