Role Responsibilities:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating all recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance and a high level of service throughout the hiring journey. This position involves collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, and candidates, focusing on sourcing, securing, and nurturing talent to align with organizational practices and standards.

Key Duties:
  • Assist with applicant tracking, assessment procedures, and initial recruitment for entry-level positions.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate travel arrangements, as well as onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Organize recruitment events, both on-site and in the community, while managing the event calendar and evaluating effectiveness.
  • Act as a point of contact for recruitment marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and print materials.
  • Address general inquiries related to recruitment processes and provide support to Talent Acquisition Generalists/Specialists as needed.
  • Handle or direct employee requests to appropriate resources.
  • Provide assistance to associates and managers with various inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses based on organizational policies.
  • Utilize various technology tools effectively, including HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with Human Resource Service Center colleagues to resolve complex associate issues and enhance processes.
  • Ensure smooth operations within the Talent Acquisition department, adhering to established service level agreements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • One to three years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, with at least two years in a customer service capacity within a fast-paced environment.
  • General understanding of recruitment best practices and procedures.
  • Proficiency in human resource technology, with experience in HRIS and applicant tracking systems preferred.
