About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Professional to join our team at DIRECT Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and revenue generation in the commercial exteriors market.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in commercial sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in sales and business development. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial exteriors market
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven business development experience within the commercial exteriors industry
  • Demonstrated track record of success in sales and business development
  • Strong background in construction and maintenance services
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
