As a key member of our team, you will provide diagnostic assessment and family-based psychotherapy services to children and their families impacted by trauma, depression, anxiety, health, and developmental disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy services, including motivational interviewing and family-based interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients and their families
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and community partners to promote continuity of care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and research in the field
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related Human Services field
- State of Minnesota licensure required (LP, LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC)
- Minimum of one year of experience in mental health therapy, preferably with children and adolescents
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
