Key Responsibilities
  • Incident Response: Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls, prioritizing and communicating incidents to management, security personnel, law enforcement, and contractors.
  • Monitoring and Surveillance: Monitor security cameras and alarm systems, dispatching accordingly to ensure prompt response to incidents.
  • Access Control and Software Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot access control, alarm, and camera software to resolve software problems and maintain system integrity.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, write reports, and perform data entry to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Preferably in law enforcement, security, military police, or alarm company.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work flexible shifts, and proficiency in Microsoft Windows/Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Certifications: Must meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Alarm Operators or Dispatchers.
