Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Account Representative to join our team at Swift Transportation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth execution of our freight operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate and resolve customer issues related to load management and freight capacity.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Accurately enter and manage customer load information, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Monitor and trace loads, providing proactive follow-up to customers as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service or related experience in the transportation industry.
  • Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
