Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Analyst to join our team at A.P.R., Inc. (AlphaProTemps). As an Application Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting applications and data integration managed by Information Services (IS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business and clinical operations to obtain and create workflow documentation of current application use on implementation and upgrades.
  • Provide advanced analysis of systems compatibility and configure in accordance with operation and technical requirements in alignment with all current specifications.
  • Collaborate with members of IS teams, project teams, affiliate teams, and vendor representatives to assist with the development of specifications for assigned areas.
  • Work with counterparts from related project teams to incorporate their design and test scripts into integrated project plan that includes integrated testing scripts.
  • Partner with various levels of management and staff including business, clinical, and IS departments while assisting with technical aspects of product implementation, rollout, and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
  • Associate's: Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent education/experience.
  • 1 year recent relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of data and application development lifecycle methodologies.
  • Proficient knowledge of healthcare operations and structure.
  • Proficient knowledge of Health Level 7 (HL7) and Extensible Markup Language (XML) messaging standards and structure.
  • Intermediate understanding of downstream applications and core systems integration.
