Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, maintain, break down, and clean food and beverage special events, adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
  • Maintain the general appearance of all break areas, ensuring they are clean and well-stocked.
  • Move light furniture and tables as needed to support event setup and teardown.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and guests to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Stock and inventory glassware, china, food items, drinks, and linens, as well as flip-charts and office supplies.
  • Arrange tables and chairs in classrooms and/or team rooms according to meeting specifications.
  • Remove all trash from areas and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Read banquet event order sheets to ensure meeting details are met.
  • Attend departmental and other meetings as required.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, emergencies, and energy.
Requirements
  • Previous food service experience is preferred.
  • A High School diploma or equivalent experience is required.
  • Ability to engage with guests courteously and efficiently.
  • Able to work with minimal direction.
Physical Demands

This role may require physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
