We are currently seeking a dedicated and dependable professional to fill the role of Aircraft Maintenance Parts Supervisor within our Maintenance Department. This position plays a crucial role in overseeing all activities related to Aircraft Parts and Stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the effective use of assigned personnel.
  • Oversee the quality and quantity of production while ensuring the cleanliness of the facilities.
  • Provide necessary training and maintain accurate documentation; verify employee qualifications.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with company data systems and aviation terminology.
  • Training in HAZMAT shipping and handling.
  • Proven supervisory skills and technical knowledge relevant to this role.
  • Understanding of accounting procedures related to materials management.
  • Knowledge of relevant sections of the Maintenance Policies and Procedures Manual, including applicable CFR provisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as an Aircraft Parts or Stores Clerk.

Work Environment:

  • Standard office setting with the use of telephones, computers, and other office equipment.
  • Airport ramp and warehouse environment, subject to varying weather conditions and elevated noise levels.
  • Availability for all shifts, including weekdays, weekends, nights, holidays, and irregular shifts.

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent activities including stooping, bending, kneeling, walking, standing, reaching, lifting, and climbing stairs.
  • Ability to handle objects weighing up to 70 pounds regularly and up to 100+ pounds occasionally, with assistance when necessary.
