About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our Private Client Services team. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of administrative or legal experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and the ability to learn programs/software quickly. They will be comfortable working in a high-pressure environment, managing priorities effectively, and maintaining confidentiality when dealing with sensitive matters.

This role offers a competitive compensation package, with an estimated salary range of $90,000-$105,000.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and organize documentation and forms for the Private Client Services department.
  • Coordinate attorney travel schedules, transportation, and accommodations.
  • Create, edit, and compile large, complex, heavily formatted documents, as well as prepare correspondence, memos, and other legal documents from draft utilizing MS Word.
  • Provide excellent telephone coverage, manage high call volume, and distribute messages in a timely and appropriate manner.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5-10 years of administrative or legal experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Self-starter, extremely organized and detailed-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
