Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Maintenance Operating Procedures (MOPs) is advantageous, and experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems is a plus.

  • Work with the Project Site Engineer to manage project information.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for subcontractors and vendors.
  • Provide safety training for subcontractors and ensure compliance on-site.
  • Conduct weekly safety discussions.
  • Secure any necessary hot work permits for the project.

Overall, the Superintendent is responsible for ensuring that all project activities are executed efficiently and effectively, while maintaining high standards of safety and quality throughout the construction process.
