About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Surgical Technician to join our team at AdventHealth Sebring. As a key member of our surgical services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms and providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists in preparing operating rooms and arranging surgical equipment and supplies.
  • Ensure the operating room is sterile and maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Conduct field preparation and maintenance of surgical equipment.
  • Conduct instrument counts prior to surgical procedures.
  • Assist with preparing, transporting, positioning, and draping patients.
  • Provide patients with supportive care during pre-operative phases.
