We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Spanish Speaking CSR/Teller in our Orlando, Florida location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all interactions.
  • Refer customers to the appropriate business partner for consultative conversations, utilizing your knowledge of retail products and services.
  • Maintain a balancing record, perform daily office responsibilities, and ensure the efficient operation of the office.
  • Handle consumer and business customer problems with professionalism, directing complex issues to leadership as necessary.
Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED.
  • Ability to interact comfortably and confidently with the public.
  • Knowledge of retail policies and procedures.
  • Flexibility in scheduling.
