Position Overview:

As a Finance and Accounting Intern at The Timken Company, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities tailored to the specific department you are assigned to.

This internship program is crafted to offer students the chance to work on impactful projects that contribute to the overall business strategy and add value across the organization.

Throughout your internship, you will acquire significant and applicable experiences through meaningful assignments. You will also benefit from mentorship and support from experienced leaders in Finance and Accounting throughout the Timken organization. Possible areas for internship placement include Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, Plant Operations Finance, Tax, Internal Audit, External Reporting, or Investor Relations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current enrollment as a Sophomore or Junior in a full-time Bachelor's degree program (12 semester/credit hours) at an accredited four-year university.
  • Declared major in either Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
  • Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
