Patient Services Representative

At Cardiac Study Center/Pulse Heart Institute, we are seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our outpatient cardiology team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring seamless operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient scheduling and maintain a well-organized schedule per provider preference.
  • Assist patients with any questions they may have and provide empathetic support.
  • Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA standards at all times.
  • Assist with coordinating communication between patients and other departments.
  • Work in other locations as needed for coverage.
Requirements:
  • 2 Years of Customer Service experience.
  • 1 year of healthcare experience (preferred, not required).
