We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Services Representative to join our team at Cardiac Study Center/Pulse Heart Institute. As a key member of our outpatient cardiology team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring seamless operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient scheduling and maintain a well-organized schedule per provider preference.
  • Assist patients with any questions they may have and adhere to HIPAA and OSHA standards at all times.
  • Coordinate communication between patients and other departments as needed.
  • Work in other locations as needed for coverage.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of customer service experience.
  • 1 year of healthcare experience (preferred, not required).
