Position Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for seasoned heavy equipment technicians to join our team as experienced mechanics. As a Field Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the performance and reliability of our customers' heavy equipment, including machinery from top brands like SANY, GEHL, and IronBull.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on SANY, GEHL, and IronBull heavy equipment will be performed to the highest standards.
- Routine maintenance inspections will be conducted to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
- Technical manuals, diagnostic tools, and equipment will be utilized to identify and resolve issues.
- Effective communication with customers will be maintained to understand their needs and provide timely solutions.
- Service and repair activities will be documented accurately and thoroughly.
- Safety protocols and guidelines will be adhered to at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a field technician or similar role in heavy equipment is essential.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems is required.
- Strong knowledge of SANY, GEHL, and/or IronBull equipment is highly desirable.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is necessary.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record are necessary.
- Willingsness to travel to customer sites as needed is essential.
