Heavy Equipment Service Operations Manager

Job Summary:
GPAC is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the service operations team for a reputable heavy equipment sales and service company. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of service management experience and a proven track record of success in the heavy equipment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day service operations, including scheduling, staffing, and customer service.
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of heavy equipment, ensuring timely and high-quality service.
- Implement strategies to improve departmental efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and warranty guidelines.
- Foster a positive work environment and provide leadership and support to service technicians.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall business performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in service management, preferably in the heavy equipment industry.
- Proven track record of departmental improvement and achieving operational targets.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
