As a Residential Registered Nurse at Everstand, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and monitoring an efficient Health Suite, which includes administration and supervision of medication, emergency assessment and triage of care as needed, coordination of routine medical and dental care, staff orientation and training, health education for youth, and assistance to healthcare providers.

With a focus on creating a safe and supportive environment, you will model and act in accordance with Everstand's core values: safety, empathy, relationships, and impact. You will also partner with our Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) committee to build and participate in trainings and group experiences that strengthen Everstand's commitment to EDI.

This role requires a strong nursing background, preferably in a pediatric office, group home setting, or residential treatment center. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining certification as a user in Everstand's electronic health record software system and participating actively in the quality improvement process by identifying opportunities for process improvement and attending facility-wide committee meetings.
