We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented Senior Thermal Engineer to join our team in Englewood, Colorado. The successful candidate will design spacecraft thermal control systems, develop thermal models, and support the development of environmental test plans.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline with a focus on systems and control. A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing aerospace applications, particularly thermal control systems for spacecraft, is required. Proficiency in thermal analysis tools and CAD software is also essential.

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, education, and training. Our benefits package includes medical/vision/dental health benefits, a hybrid work schedule, company-paid public transportation, paid vacation, sick days, holidays, and a 401(k) plan.
