iSpace is a global leader in lunar resource development, and we are looking for talented individuals to join our team. As a Senior Thermal Systems Engineer, you will play a critical role in the design and development of our spacecraft thermal control systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop thermal control systems for our spacecraft, including heat exchangers, radiators, and other components
  • Analyze thermal performance using tools such as Thermal Desktop and Solidworks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate thermal control systems into our spacecraft design
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for thermal control systems and related processes
  • Support environmental testing to verify thermal system performance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in thermal control system design and analysis
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Mastery of thermal analysis tools (Thermal Desktop, Simcenter)
  • Experience with FEA (Simcenter) and CAD (Solidworks)
  • Background in mechanical design, material selection, and fabrication processes for spaceflight hardware
Compensation and Benefits

Competitive salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental insurance, as well as a hybrid work schedule and paid time off.
