The ISR business area is a leader in innovative, high-performance ISR and aviation systems, with end-to-end C4ISR capabilities that encompass design, integration, test, certification, ground/flight training, and complete logistics support. We tailor solutions to customer cost, performance, and schedule requirements and design to consistently exceed expectations.

We require a highly skilled professional with a Bachelor's of Science degree in a related field of study and at least 8 years of progressive engineering experience, including 4+ years of management experience. The ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge of engineering principles and practice, experience working in multi-disciplinary design and development teams, and a detailed understanding of requirements management and system design.

Key responsibilities include monitoring the product/program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with external customers or field-based employees on technical matters, reviewing and managing project programs and budgets, and guiding and leading teams in achieving program goals.

The estimated starting salary range for this position is $165,010.21 - $226,889.04, commensurate with experience. SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance and a comprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with 150% match up to 6%, life insurance, three weeks paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
