Your ResponsibilitiesAs a key player in managing our valued small business clients, you will be essential to their insurance journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Relationship Development: Cultivating and enhancing existing client relationships through expert advice and consultation. Your insights on coverage options will be crucial, and your ability to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling will contribute to our shared success.
- Operational Management: Overseeing renewals, document processing, and all facets of account servicing while adhering to strict deadlines. Your meticulous attention to detail will guarantee smooth operations.
- Strategic Account Handling: Managing non-renewals, cancellations, and renewals with professionalism. You will also leverage your marketing skills to prepare impactful submissions.
- A professional with 3-6 years of experience in commercial insurance account management.
- Possessor of a P&C license, with comprehensive knowledge of insurance products and documentation.
- Proficient in technology, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and ideally, Applied/EPIC/TAM AMS360.
- A self-sufficient yet collaborative team member, eager to learn, with a college degree or equivalent industry credentials.
