Job Overview

The b-Helpful Supervisor is a key role within our organization, responsible for leading a team of colleagues and driving customer satisfaction through efficient and seamless service. This includes managing Buy Online Pick-up in Store (BOPS) orders, Curbside Pickup, and Gift Wrap, as well as return processing and general service needs at the main b-Helpful desk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a team of colleagues to ensure excellent customer service and a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage BOPS and Curbside Pickup operations to meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Oversee Gift Wrap operations to ensure a high-quality product and exceptional customer experience.
  • Coach and develop colleagues to meet performance expectations and achieve business goals.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years related experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking around the store.
  • May involve reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping, and color vision.
  • Frequent use of computers and other technology.
  • Frequent lifting and moving up to 25lbs.
