Job Title: Certified Nurse Aide

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nurse Aide to join our team at Regency Integrated Health Services. As a Certified Nurse Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Job Summary:

The Certified Nurse Aide will be responsible for providing routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in accordance with their individual care plans. This includes assisting residents with daily tasks, such as bathing, feeding, and dressing, as well as monitoring their vital signs and reporting any changes or concerns to the Charge Nurse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Monitor and record vital signs, as assigned by the Charge Nurse
  • Report any changes or concerns to the Charge Nurse
  • Contribute to resident care plans by sharing knowledge of resident conditions and needs
  • Observe and report symptoms, reactions, and changes in conditions to the Charge Nurse
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license
  • Experience in a long-term care facility preferred
Work Environment:

The Certified Nurse Aide will work in a long-term care facility, providing care to residents in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team setting, communicate clearly and respectfully with residents and colleagues, and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
