Job Summary

The Certified Nurse Aide will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Assist residents with daily tasks and activities, promoting independence and autonomy.
  • Contribute to resident care plans, sharing knowledge and observations to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Respond to resident calls and emergencies, providing timely and effective support.
  • Collaborate with the Charge Nurse to ensure seamless care delivery and address any concerns or issues.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license required.
  • Experience in a long-term care facility preferred.
Work Environment

The Certified Nurse Aide will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, providing care to residents with varying needs and conditions. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
