Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Novant Health. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will play a critical role in assisting physicians in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
  • Operate and maintain x-ray equipment, ensuring optimal image quality and patient safety.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; graduate of an accredited Radiology program or certified/ accredited/JCERT hospital-based program and credentialed by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required.
  • Two years of experience in diagnostic radiology required.
  • ARRT certification required.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
