Position Overview

The Senior Systems Engineer will report directly to the VP of Network, Infrastructure & Security. This role is pivotal in overseeing our comprehensive Dynamics 365 ecosystem, which encompasses Customer Experience, Field Services, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuously monitor the system for optimal performance, availability, and security, implementing necessary enhancements and optimizations.
  • Oversee all system promotions and upgrades to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Ensure the security integrity of the Dynamics 365 environment.
  • Manage and provide support for the Power Platform.
  • Address and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor in interactions with clients and colleagues.
  • Refresh lower environments as required to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Deliver training and support to users as needed.
  • Ensure the safety and security of operating environments through regular patching and controls.
  • Update software and hardware as necessary to keep systems current.
  • Handle minor network issues to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot remotely.
  • Enhance job knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities, reading professional literature, and participating in relevant organizations.
  • Contribute to the organizational mission by completing related tasks as required.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Dynamics Administrator role, including LCS.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with Azure.
  • Hands-on experience with Dual Write environments.
  • Experience in designing Dynamics 365 environments is a plus.
  • Proficient in Dynamics 365 applications, including CRM, Field Services, ERP, Supply Chain, and Power Platform.
  • Experience with ISVs is advantageous.
  • DevOps experience is a plus.
