Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to facilitate the sustainable growth of our National Systems Integrator (NSI) channel. The successful candidate will develop and foster long-lasting relationships with NSI leadership and key influencers, identify business goals, and build strategies to align our initiatives with their objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Building
    • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with NSI leadership and key influencers.
    • Foster relationships between our field sales and NSI commercial branches.
  • Business Development
    • Identify business goals and build strategies to align our initiatives with NSI objectives.
    • Prepare regular reports of progress using key account metrics and KPIs.
  • Opportunity Identification
    • Identify white space opportunities to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Communication
    • Effectively communicate initiatives to our internal resources to support growth within the account.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in B2B sales and account management, ideally within the manufacturing or NSI space.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas, demonstrating strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong understanding of the security industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with fluency in a second language being a valuable asset.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers.
  • The ability to develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve client goals.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify client needs, anticipate challenges, and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales automation tools, and other relevant technology.

Desirable Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of IP video, VMS, and related technologies.

Language

English (fluency in a second language, especially Korean or Spanish, is a valuable asset)
