Job Title: Infrastructure Lead/Manager

A leading healthcare services organization in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Lead/Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring its scalability and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure
  • Manage projects and collaborate with other teams to deploy and manage servers, networks, and related hardware/software components
  • Monitor infrastructure performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary improvements
  • Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Investigate and respond to security incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
  • Work closely with IT and cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of security measures with business objectives
  • Communicate security-related concepts and requirements to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of IT experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Proven experience in Infrastructure Management, Project Management, Systems Administration, and Security Analysis
  • Strong knowledge of Networking protocols, including switching, routing, and perimeter device management
  • Proven skills in Cisco, Palo Alto, VMware, Citrix, Meraki, Aruba, AD, PowerShell, SCCM, SQL, and Azure Cloud environments
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
