Client Support Representative
WellStreet - Remote
We are seeking a dedicated individual with an Associates Degree (Bachelor's degree preferred) in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- At least three years of experience in call center operations.
- A minimum of five years of customer service experience, particularly in patient interactions.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Prior experience in urgent care settings is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate clear instructions to both employees and patients.
- Supervise staff in urgent care and occupational health settings to ensure high-quality service, productivity, and efficiency.
- Understand and enforce standard healthcare regulatory requirements.
