Job Title: GMP Supervisor

SBM Management Services is seeking a highly skilled GMP Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities within the assigned areas of the GMP program, ensuring compliance with sanitation, OSHA regulations, and site-specific SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and monitor work activities, recommending training and issuing discipline as needed.
  • Perform quality, service, and safety inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Track equipment inventory, schedule maintenance and repair, and monitor supplies inventory.
  • Monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment and report any issues to management.
  • Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records, including training, inspections, attendance, and metric data.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field from a four-year college or university with 1-3 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid driver's license may be required.
Compensation and Benefits:

$56,000 - $58,000 per year, with a competitive benefits package.

Work Schedule:

Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
