About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and shaping the firm's strategic professional development function, creating new and improving attorney training programs, and conducting training sessions for attorneys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs for attorneys.
  • Develop and maintain the firm's internal CLE programs.
  • Assist with attorney new hire orientation and onboarding.
