**Job Overview**
As a Facilities Maintenance Lead, you will be responsible for supervising the upkeep of all operational machinery and building systems. You will serve as the primary contact and leader for all maintenance technicians during your shift. Your role will involve managing and enforcing scheduled preventive maintenance, ensuring prompt responses to equipment failures, and fostering the development of maintenance staff.
**Key Responsibilities**
Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) effectively and coordinate with external contractors for various projects. Ensure high-quality workmanship, adherence to safety regulations, and oversee maintenance inventory and supplier relationships. Maintain compliance with contractual obligations for different services and collaborate with the safety committee to address any safety concerns.
