About the Role:
As a Full-Time Sales Manager at Duluth Coca-Cola, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales success and profitability. Your responsibilities will include developing innovative marketing strategies and goals that align with company objectives. You will supervise personnel through hiring, coaching, and providing performance feedback, ensuring a high-functioning team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Supervise and mentor sales personnel to ensure high performance
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including invoicing, accounts payable, and inventory management
- Negotiate agreements and conduct regular store reviews to build strong customer relationships
- Manage budgeted expenses and ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations
Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to drive a vehicle safely in accordance with company policies
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
