Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
  • Set up equipment at the beginning of the shift to ensure proper working order.
  • Monitor equipment operations to detect issues and make adjustments as needed.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
  • Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company policies during equipment operation.
  • Record and report production data, including output and any discrepancies.
  • Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and coordinate repairs when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a machine operator in a GMP environment.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and equipment operation procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays as required.
