Job Description

We are seeking a Production Team Manager to join our team at Re:Build Manufacturing New Kensington. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of machinists and operators, overseeing production processes, and ensuring high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a small team of machinists and operators
  • Oversee production processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with manufacturing engineering and production personnel to develop and implement new production methods
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory levels and production data
  • Analyze and address quality and process issues, implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Communicate effectively with Management, Team leads, Operators, Quality, and other shop personnel
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or GED and 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting leadership position. You should also possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $70,000 per year, based on industry standards and market rates. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
