About the Role

As a Landscape Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals who deliver top-notch landscaping services. Your primary objective will be to maintain high-quality standards, optimize efficiency, and foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of landscape maintenance professionals
  • Maintain excellent communication with customers, addressing their needs and concerns
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies for growth and improvement
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A valid MD driver's license with a good driving record
  • At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or management position within the landscaping industry
  • An ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on your qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will enjoy:

  • A signing bonus of $500 upon completion of a 90-day probationary period
  • Commissions available for all positions within the company
  • Company retirement plan available
Working Conditions

You will work Monday through Thursday, with occasional Fridays or Saturdays required during inclement weather. You must be able to operate in extreme weather conditions and use a smartphone or tablet on a daily basis.
