- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on-site, addressing any concerns or changes in project scope.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the remodeling process to minimize delays and disruptions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, change orders, and site conditions.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and best practices, conducting regular safety inspections.
- Budget Management: Monitor project costs and assist in managing expenses to stay within budgetary constraints.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction or remodeling, with a proven track record of successful project management.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or vocational training in construction management is a plus.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety practices.

- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with construction management software and basic computer applications.
- Four Day Work Week: We work four 10-hour days from 7am-5pm Monday-Thursday, Fridays off.
- Stability: Indoor full-time year-round work.
- Vehicle and Training: Company Van, Gas Card, Select Tools Provided, Shirts Provided, and Paid Training.
- No Selling Required: All projects are sold by company salespeople.
- Established Company: 30+ years in business as a franchise and over 5 years in business at the Buffalo location.

Compensation: $58, $67,200.00 per year

Our 5 Core Services include our exclusive 1 Day Wood Restoration Tune-Up, Cabinet Re-Facing, Redooring, Cabinet Painting, and Custom Cabinets.
