Job Overview

Misa Plumbing, a Power-Flo Technologies company, is seeking a skilled Plumbing Project Manager to lead our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing project execution, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project execution to ensure timely completion, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Lead and motivate a team of foremen, field technicians, and office administrators to foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, tracking costs against the budget, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Establish and execute a project communication plan, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
  • Assign duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to project personnel, ensuring clear expectations and accountability.
  • Stay informed about and ensure compliance with relevant plumbing codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Obtain necessary permits and approvals for projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Identify and address issues or conflicts within the project team promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
  • Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure work meets company standards and client expectations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Stay informed about industry advancements and share relevant information with the team, driving continuous improvement and growth.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in Plumbing Contracting, including quotations experience.
  • Familiarity with NYC DOB Plumbing Code and permitting process.
  • Ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.
  • Leadership experience in managing and working with others, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Valid Driver's License to operate company vehicles.
